ACTS WELCOMES A NEW DIRECTOR!Kathryn (Kate) Eberle Cotter is a Butler native who, after a few years of adventures, has returned “home” with her husband and two little children. Kathryn has played in orchestras and quartets as a violinist and cellist since her youth and has sung in choirs, primarily as an alto, for as long as she can remember. She has experience conducting church choirs, young adult choirs, and string ensembles. Kathryn completed her bachelor degree in music therapy at Slippery Rock University and is currently there again completing a master’s degree in music therapy and her license as an LPC. As a board-certified music therapist, Kathryn has worked clinically in hospice care and with incarcerated youth. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve as the director of ACTS and looks forward to working with such a talented and devoted group of people.
